Heat sinks are falling off and shorting out machines, while power supply fans are failing. We recommend that for the mean time, miners should not order the S17 models of Bitmain's miners. Instead, miners should wait to see if batches of the S19 are more reliable.
For the mean time, MicroBT Whatsminers are a popular alternative to Bitmain's products. Large orders of these miners have proven to be very reliable.
